Supply Chain Change Manager - Glasgow - Wellpark Brewery

We’re on the look-out for a Change Manager to join our Supply Chain team based at the Wellpark Brewery in Glasgow. We’ve created this new role to help us manage key supply chain projects, with a core focus on seamless integration of new business into our supply chain operation.

So what’s involved?

Tennents has a powerful supply chain operation in Scotland and beyond. We use it for our own products, but we also provide distribution services for other FMCG brands that operate north of the border – and we intend on establishing more partnerships like this. This is where you come in.

We’re looking for an experienced supply chain professional to help us deliver projects and business change activity – with a core focus on our optimising performance and integrating new business. You’ll work with colleagues and external customers to fully understand requirements and risks. It’s important that you can establish clear processes, tools and systems for tracking and managing project activity. And you’ll have a major focus on communications with stakeholders, keeping key people up to date with progress, issues and solutions.

As an experienced project manager, you’ll be used to working on business critical projects and have experience of managing change in a structured way.  You’ll be an effective communicator, with the ability to articulate a strategic vision, inspire confidence and make things happen.

What you’ll need:

  • Experience of delivering complex projects on budget and to tight deadlines
  • Experience in a Supply Chain/ Logistics / Distribution environment
  • An analytical and commercial focus to problem solving in a customer focused environment
  • Outstanding organisational and planning skills, with a structured approach
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to motivate and influence, and to articulate the shared vision
  • The ability to understand complex issues quickly, and to be able to discuss and gather ideas and information
  • A good sense of humour with the personal resilience and resourcefulness needed to make things happen
