Our HR team is looking for an experienced and conscientious HR Administrator to join the team on a fixed term contract until August 2018. We are hoping to find someone who is organised, flexible and who would enjoy working in a fast paced environment.
So what’s involved?
A significant part of the role is managing employee data and documentation, e.g. new contracts, confirming changes to T&Cs, updating employee records, running reports, etc. But you may also get involved in providing administrative support to the HR Business Partners on employee relations or project work.
We need someone who has good knowledge of HR administration, and who is great at managing conflicting priorities, and delivering good quality work with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
What you’ll need?
- Experience in a HR administration role, or a team admin role with a strong focus on people issues
- Great organisational skills
- Excellent MS Office skills – and experience of using a HR information system.
- Brilliant attention to detail
- The ability to work in a fast paced environment with conflicting priorities
- A friendly, warm approach, with the ability to build good relationships in the business.
